Black Shipmans Buzzer Around 1979 Dave Shipman designed the Shipmans Buzzer to imitate the emerging midge and it has worked very well ever since. I like fishing two flies to my cast a size 12 on the point and size 14 on the dropper, these are not easy for my old eyes to see but I just weight for the splash as the trout takes the fly. Very exciting fishing.
