Black & Lime Tadpole The range of lures is just staggering, what ever style they take they seem to work very well. Fishing a intermediate line for shallow water and DI7 for deep water, these flies will give good results but you must vary the retrieve. This particular fly the Black & Lime Tadpole is great at all times but at the start of the season it is excellent. Rainbow trout and brown trout will hit the lures very hard so make sure you are fishing a strong leader.
